Shipping policy for SynTouch® BioTac® and NumaTac® Tactile Sensors

Shipments of SynTouch BioTac and NumaTac Tactile Sensors (the “Sensors”) from SynTouch (seller, sender) to Customer (buyer, recipient) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Shipments to Customers within the United States

SynTouch ships Sensors to Customer pursuant to International Commercial Terms (Incoterm) CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid to.

Carrier: United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day insured, or similar service at SynTouch’s sole discretion.

Payment of shipping and insurance charges: Pre-paid by SynTouch.

Shipments to Customers outside the United States

SynTouch ships Sensors to Customer pursuant to International Commercial Terms (Incoterm) EXW –  ExWorks.

Customer is responsible for arranging the pickup of the sensors from SynTouch’s premises in Montrose, (California, USA), and payment of shipping and insurance charges and the destination’s custom duties and taxes. Customer may engage a freight forwarder. Some SynTouch customers have previously used Freight Right Global Logistics, but SynTouch does not endorse nor warrant their performance and Customer assumes all associated risk
